Yorkshire terrier not sleeping

Question

In response to the sleeping all night-I have 2 Yorkie's they are 2 1/2 and they do not sleep the night.

I'm up with them 2 or 3 times a night. They potty each time.

What can I do to change this or have I set the pattern?

Answer

Do you leave water out until just before bedtime? Or do you remove the water some time before?

Have you tried litter training your yorkies? In this way they will know that when they need to go there is a place they can do it in the house.

This might be the best way for your dogs if they wake up genuinely needing a potty.
