Question

Do yorkies get tear stains like malteses do?

Answer

Yorkies do tend to get tear stains as do many other dogs.

There are some yorkie puppies that suffer from it and then it stops, whereas other yorkies might have this for longer.

Tear stains can occur when they are cutting their teeth or due to long hairs in their eyes, bad nutrition, or because of allergies.
