Yorkie puppies

I have a registered female and male..... they had a litter of three. One is totally yorkie looks and the other two are still real short haired.... I have never seen this before.... Has anyone else? The mom has had litters prior and this did not happen.... My female was not exposed to any other dog..... In home kept. I really need help.
