Question

How do yorkies protect themselves? I read in a article that they are small but protective. Do they just bark or do they get violent?

Answer

Yorkshire terriers are very independant, brave and loyal dogs. They are very protective of their owners, but do not tend to get violent. They are barkers though, they are very vocal and are great guard dogs due to this. They will always warn if anyone is approaching you or the house.
