Yorkie Mix puppy

A yorkie mix is when a yorkshire terrier dog is mixed with another dog breed. First of all let me say that I do not personally want to see breeding of mixed breed puppies in order to meet the designer dog demand which is in existence now.

Yes a yorkshire terrier mix may look cute but we want what’s best for our yorkies. So please do not purchase yorkie mix puppies or any mixed breed puppies from a breeder as this just encourages cross breeding.

Having said that, there are many of these yorkie mixes available for adoption and it is a great feeling when you adopt a yorkie, whether it's a mix or not from a rescue or shelter. You can save lives!
