Yorkie Digestive Problems

I have a 4 year old yorkie with digestive problems and could do wit a bit of advice.

i have a 16 1/2 year old yorkie who had digestive problems .I have done 2 things and she is 99% better now.Before she has any food i give her 2 or three teaspoons of natural yoghurt (she loves it)I also now feed all my yorkies
