Title

yorkie coughing

Hello,

I have 10 month Yorkie that has had a cough for 3 weeks now and is not his usual playful self.

He has had all his shots and been on several meds.

I even took him to a cardiologist who said his heart is fine, but is now running blood work to test for respiratory problems,allergies, bronchitis, infections.

Has anyone ever had any similar symtoms with their Yorkie?

my yorkie is 14 month and he cough too. i believe is like allergies. he cough like he has a hair ball or something like that. but then he is fine. maybe your yorkie has allergies.

My little girl coughs when she's excited. If she sees some one she knows and likes when off the lead in the park she rushes up to greet them and it sets off a coughing fit. It doesn't last for long and doesn't seem to distress her. She is full of energy very strong and a truly happy little popular little dog that is well known and loved in the neighborhood.
