Weight of my little girl

Question

I just bought a female yorkie her name is Carly, she was born on 9/25/09 and she is weighing 1 lb and 7ozs. I want some kind of idea to how big she will be... Can you help me?

Answer

The average size for a yorkshire terrier is about 6-7 lbs. You should expect something around this weight.

I read your post and my little guy was born 9/14/09 at 8 weeks he weighed 2lbs even. So ill put this in my favorites and check back on carly... I'm taking him for a weight check tomorrow.
