My yorkie needs a home

hi i have a yorkshire terrier 11years old quite fit dog.

We have to move to over sixties council flat due to medical problems.

No pets allowed, can you please advise on yourself or someone to take this dog.

I'm sorry I am not able to take care of this dog due to moving in a couple of months also.

Is anybody else able to care for this yorkie?
