Highway Boy

Driving along a highway, I noticed A small yorkie wandering around the side, knowing in my heart, that he was going to attempt to cross.

I pulled over, and the yorkie greeted me. I scooped him up and doubled back to my home. I fed him, Bathed him and put him to sleep in my bed. I put up flyers "Lost YORKIE"

The next morning, I got a phone call from a frantic woman, who described the yorkie like the back of her hand. She arrived! Happy to see "Ace".

I was sad to see "Ace" go but overwhelmed when he greeted his owner with licks. Ace happened to get out one morning when the front yard was open.

The woman thanked me over and over, she even offered to pay me!

Ace winked goodbye as he climbed in the car. A feeling of joy rained over me
