Big fat yorkie

One of my boys is 14 days old and very large...he gained 3 oz in the last 24hours...Mom favors him but the other 2 are gaining the average 1 oz per day. should I separate him for a few feedings? Mom is big 8lbs, but he is almost 2 right now... Any suggestions?
